September 4, 2026
According to DOJO’s official website and product launch information released on September 4, 2026, DOJO has announced the BLAST10K Fresh, featuring its INSTA-JUICED™ technology and a 0+10ml e-liquid structure that keeps e-liquid separated from the coil before activation. DOJO describes it as the first vape in the UK market to feature the technology. The product is expected to become available through selected UK retailers soon.
Compared with the existing BLAST10K's 2ml prefilled pod and 8ml refill-container configuration, BLAST10K Fresh uses an empty 2ml pod paired with a separately sealed 10ml e-liquid container while retaining support for existing 2+8ml pods. The central change is therefore not the 10,000-puff positioning, but how the e-liquid is stored and introduced to the coil.
0+10ml Structure Keeps E-Liquid Separate Before Activation
The main product change is DOJO's INSTA-JUICED™ technology.
Under the new 0+10ml configuration, the 2ml pod does not contain e-liquid during storage. Instead, 10ml of e-liquid remains separately sealed until the product is activated.
DOJO says the design is intended to prevent prolonged contact between e-liquid and the coil during transportation and storage, addressing what the company describes as oxidation and flavor degradation.
The company also claims more than a 70% improvement in “freshness retention” after 365 days. The figure is a DOJO performance claim and has not been independently verified by 2Firsts.

The Main Upgrade Is E-Liquid Storage, Not Puff Count
BLAST10K Fresh retains the BLAST10K's 10,000-puff positioning, making puff count itself less significant as a new feature.
The existing BLAST10K uses a 2ml prefilled pod plus an 8ml refill container, providing 10ml of e-liquid in total.
BLAST10K Fresh changes this to an empty 2ml pod plus a separately sealed 10ml e-liquid container. Before activation, the e-liquid remains isolated from the coil.
The structural difference is therefore between an existing system that begins with e-liquid already present in the 2ml pod and the Fresh system, which keeps the 10ml supply separately sealed until activation.
The “Fresh” designation is consequently tied to a specific change in e-liquid storage and delivery rather than serving only as a product name.
New System Retains Existing 2+8ml Pod Compatibility
Despite changing the e-liquid architecture, DOJO is not moving BLAST10K Fresh into an entirely closed new consumables system.
The company explicitly states that the device supports both new 0+10ml pods and existing 2+8ml pods.
Existing BLAST consumables can therefore remain usable within the updated device ecosystem.
From a platform perspective, this allows DOJO to add a new e-liquid storage configuration without requiring a complete migration away from its established 2+8ml pod portfolio.
BLAST10K Fresh is therefore better understood as a structural upgrade and expansion of the BLAST platform rather than the creation of a fully incompatible product system.
1000mAh Battery With COREX BLAST Dual Mesh
Beyond the new e-liquid configuration, BLAST10K Fresh features a 1000mAh rechargeable battery, COREX BLAST technology and a Dual Mesh coil design.
DOJO says the battery can provide up to three days of use on a single charge, although actual battery life will depend on individual usage.
The device also uses SSS Leak-Resistant Tech. DOJO makes additional performance claims around flavor consistency, vapor density and smoothness on its product page; these figures are based on company testing or marketing claims and have not been independently verified.
Eight New Flavors, Led by Matcha Strawberry
BLAST10K Fresh introduces eight new flavors.
DOJO is highlighting Matcha Strawberry, which the company describes as an “industry-first” flavor inspired by British Malling Centenary strawberries and Japanese Okumidori matcha.
As the “industry-first” characterization comes from DOJO, it should be treated as a company claim rather than an independently established market first.
Other flavors highlighted in the launch include Pina Colada and Berry Lemonade, while existing options such as Rhubarb Custard Sweet and Blackcurrant GB also feature in the Fresh range.
DOJO says the additions expand the broader BLAST portfolio to 40 flavor options.
Selected UK Retail Availability Expected Soon
DOJO formally announced BLAST10K Fresh on September 4, but the announcement does not indicate that nationwide retail distribution had begun on the same day.
The company says the product will become available at selected UK retailers soon.
The more precise launch status as of September 4 is therefore that BLAST10K Fresh has been formally announced, with selected UK retail availability expected shortly.
DOJO has not disclosed a recommended retail price in the launch announcement.
Industry Perspective
The more notable development in BLAST10K Fresh is not an increase in capacity or claimed puff count, but a change in the relationship between e-liquid, the pod and the coil during storage.
The 2+8ml configuration has become one approach used by high-puff-count products in the UK market. With the 0+10ml system, DOJO instead keeps the full refill supply separately sealed before activation and makes that storage mechanism central to the “Fresh” positioning.
At the same time, compatibility with existing 2+8ml pods allows DOJO to introduce the new architecture without abandoning its established BLAST consumables ecosystem.
From a product-development perspective, BLAST10K Fresh illustrates how competition in the high-puff-count segment is extending beyond capacity and puff claims toward storage architecture, activation mechanisms, flavor preservation and consumables compatibility.
Claims around long-term freshness, flavor consistency and the product's “UK-first” positioning remain company statements and will require further market or independent testing data for broader verification.
