Russia Amended Excise Rule That Fits for Euroasian Bloc
Recently, the Russian Federal Tax Service has amended the relevant laws and regulations, stipulating that from March 1, 2023, the excise tax on e-vapor and heated tobacco devices will be officially abolished.
This regulation covers all e-cig and heated tobacco devices imported and exported from the Eurasian Economic Union (five countries: Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia).
