As the nicotine industry gathers at InterTabac, AIRSCREAM is highlighting the production and supply infrastructure behind its international growth.
At the centre of that infrastructure is AIRSCREAM 313 s.r.o., the company’s European Production Hub in Žebrák, Czech Republic. The facility combines nicotine pouch production, e-liquid bottling, packaging, quality processes, product documentation, bonded warehousing and distribution within one regional operation.
The establishment of AIRSCREAM’s hub was meant to anticipate a faster and more effective route to market with regulated products, so AIRSCREAM and its partners are able t to grow in the intended local market.
A Production Platform Built for a Growing Market
The global nicotine pouch category is expanding rapidly. Grand View Research valued the market at approximately US$6.9 billion in 2025 and projects that it could reach US$42.4 billion by 2033. This growth is creating opportunities for established companies, distributors, retailers, and entrepreneurs seeking to develop new nicotine products or expand their existing portfolios.
However, a growing market does not make entry straightforward. Businesses must still develop a suitable product, secure reliable manufacturing, manage inventory, and establish a route to market. Building these capabilities independently can require significant investment, specialist knowledge and coordination between several suppliers.
“AIRSCREAM’s European Production Hub is intended to reduce that operational burden. By bringing key functions together, it allows our business partners to work through one production platform while concentrating their resources on actual market development, product distribution and commercial growth.” – Mykola Kuzemko, Head of Operations in AIRSCREAM’s CZ Production Hub.

From Product Development to International Distribution
Partners now can work with AIRSCREAM through either an OEM or ODM model.
Under the OEM model, AIRSCREAM manufactures products using a partner’s proprietary formulation, specifications, and branding requirements. This route is suited to established businesses that already have their own intellectual property, product formulation or defined concept.
Through the ODM model, partners can use AIRSCREAM’s existing formulations as a starting point. Flavour profiles, nicotine strengths, packaging, and branding can then be adapted for the intended market.
Partners can have peace of mind, as the hub can support flavour development, nicotine pouch manufacturing, custom labelling and the preparation of shelf-ready products. Minimum order quantities can be discussed according to each partner’s market-entry plans, allowing the operation to support focused initial launches as well as larger commercial programmes.
While nicotine pouches represent an important area of growth, the Czech Republic hub provides full-service range for e-liquid bottling, packaging, quality control and supporting documentation all under one roof.
This capability is already being used to manufacture AIRSCREAM’s own award-winning e-liquids brands under AirsPops 313 E-Liquid and Ink Lords E-Liquid, before they are shipped through the company’s established commercial and distribution channels in the European Union, the United Kingdom and across multiple regions of Africa.
For prospective partners, this is a testament of how AIRSCREAM production hub connects product development and manufacturing with the preparation, storage and movement of finished products to go to multiple markets with high demand and large volume.
Why the Czech Republic Became AIRSCREAM’s European Base
The location of the hub is an important part of how the operation works.
For AIRSCREAM, the Czech Republic hub is more than just a convenient production address. The facility provides AIRSCREAM with a central base from which to work with customers, distributors and commercial partners across Europe, especially in access to nearby markets like Germany, Poland, Austria and many other neighbouring regions.
Product development, manufacturing, packaging, storage and distribution can all be coordinated through one regional team.
For example, when a business partner wants to review a formulation, adjust a flavour, update a label or prepare stock for a particular destination, the process can be managed through AIRSCREAM production hub team rather than divided between several unrelated suppliers.
This helps simplify communication and reduces unnecessary delays from product production to distribution in the market.
The facility also includes bonded warehousing which allows qualifying inventory to be held under duty-suspended arrangements until the relevant customs and release processes have been completed.
For inventory dispatchment, the hub can support deployment to nearby markets within approximately 24 to 48 hours, subject to order terms, customs and carrier requirements.
Connecting European Production with African Market Growth
Although AIRSCREAM production hub is based in Czecb, the market it serves are not limited to just Europe, the capabilities has even covered the African market. As such, it became a key winning factor as to why AIRSCREAM’s growth accelerated across region, providing compliant products manufactured from the facility.
AIRSCREAM has earlier on realised, that when entering certain market would prove to be challenging at times due to differing regulations and policies. Brands need to be thorough in preparation and compliant notifications. As such AIRSCREAM’s Production hub not only produce products with a quick turnaround time but also prepares for the stringent documentation process. This is how AIRSCREAM assist potential partners, in getting their products manufactured and market-ready.
As a case study, e-liquid produced at AIRSCREAM’s production hub has been supplied through the Group’s established channels to a leading boutique retail chain in North Africa. By entrusting AIRSCREAM with product quality, batch consistency, and efficient market delivery, the partner has been able to focus on local marketing, outlet expansion, and serving its growing customer community year on year.
A similar model has been successfully adopted by one of AIRSCREAM’s key partners in South Africa, which has established a strong presence across major forecourt retailers, supermarkets, specialist stores, and the broader retail trade. By leveraging AIRSCREAM’s manufacturing and supply capabilities, the partner can concentrate on brand building, customer engagement, and retail execution, enabling faster market expansion through its extensive retail network penetration while maintaining consistent product quality and supply.
This provides a practical example of going to the market with quality & compliant produced product to the African multi-million dollar market.
“We understand that the key to success for our partners within this industry is not confined to just good products. They will also need a reliable manufacturing hub, like ours that can support them well. This is where we step in.” – Mykola Kuzemko, Head of Operations in AIRSCREAM’s CZ Production Hub.
This year, AIRSCREAM is bringing its expertise to InterTabac and meet businesses looking for nicotine pouch manufacturing, e-liquid bottling, OEM or white-label development, distribution partnerships and practical routes into new markets.
Businesses interested in finding out how AIRSCREAM’s production platform could support their next stage of growth are invited to meet the AIRSCREAM team during InterTabac at Hall 8, booth B-13.
