2FIRSTS Vice President Appointed as Assistant Chairman of Russia's Electronic Cigarette Manufacturers & Importers Association

On May 15th, the first China-Russia Electronic Cigarette Industry Exchange Conference was held in Moscow. During the conference, Xu Minghao, the Vice President of 2FIRSTS in Russia, was appointed as the Assistant Chairman of the Russian Association of Electronic Cigarette Manufacturers and Importers. Witnessed by business leaders and industry experts from both China and Russia, the association's chairman, Sergei Katasanov, presented Xu Minghao with the appointment letter.

The Russian Association of E-cigarette Manufacturers and Importers was founded in February 2023 as an independent industry organization for Russian e-cigarette producers and traders. Its aim is to support the regulation of e-cigarettes in Russia and promote compliant business practices in the industry by promoting collaboration among related companies. The association is chaired by Sergei Katasanov, the co-chair of the expert commission for the circulation and regulation of nicotine products in the Russian State Duma.

Sergey Katasov highly praised the efforts of the 2FIRSTS Russian regional team and Xu Minghao himself in the process of legal and regulatory compliance in the electronic cigarette industry in Russia. He expressed his hope that the addition of Xu Minghao would further deepen communication and collaboration between the electronic cigarette industry in Russia and the Chinese supply chain, and continuously promote cooperation and exchange between enterprises at higher levels.

The co-founder and CEO of 2FIRSTS, Zhao Tong, expressed gratitude to the guests of the Russian Association and extended well-wishes for the smooth implementation of legal regulations in Russia. Zhao also congratulated Xu Minghao and hoped that he will continue to contribute to the exchange and cooperation of the electronic cigarette industry between China and Russia.

Regarding this appointment, Xu Minghao expressed his deep honor to have gained the trust of the Russian industry and association. He will fulfill his duties actively under the framework of the association and promote the exchange and cooperation between China and Russia's industries, as well as push for the common prosperity and high-quality development of the electronic cigarette industry in both countries.

Mr. Xu Minghao graduated from the People's Friendship University of Russia, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and a Master's degree in Land Resources Management. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree. In May 2022, he joined 2FIRSTS and has since held positions as Director of International Trade and Vice President of the Russian region.
