2Firsts, October 11, 2025 — Citing PR TIMES (October 9), British American Tobacco Japan (BAT Japan) announced it will open the flagship store for its heated tobacco brand glo™, named “glo™ Store Ginza,” on October 18, 2025 (Saturday).

The new store is located at PUZZLE Ginza, 2-5-19 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, spanning two floors. The first floor serves as a product display and sales area where consumers can try the latest glo™ heated tobacco devices—glo™ Hilo, Hilo Plus, glo™ HYPER pro—and their heated tobacco stick lines (virto™, neo™, KENT, Lucky Strike). Engraving and after-sales services are available.

 

VELO nicotine pouches will also be sold.

The second floor is expected to function as a heated tobacco lounge exclusively for glo™ members, with its start date to be determined.

 

BAT Japan says time-limited opening promotions will run, including product lotteries and gifts for new member registrations.

Notably, based on a 2Firsts check of Google Maps, the glo™ Ginza flagship is at 2-5-19 Ginza, PUZZLE Ginza, while the IQOS Ginza store is at Ginza 2-chome 4-18, Arbore Ginza—the two buildings are on adjacent blocks.
