BYD Electronics' subsidiaries, Huizhou BYD Electronics Co., Shenzhen BYD Electronics Co., Ltd. have all obtained Tobacco Monopoly License (Electronic Cigarette OEM)" issued by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration

BYD Electronics has been granted three Tobacco Monopoly License for electronic cigarettes. BYD Electronics stated that the awarding of the "tobacco monopoly license" is an acknowledgment of the company's standardized operation and all-around technical strength, as well as a long-term boost to its confidence in the field of electronic cigarettes.
