On April 12th, an investor using the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Interactive Easy Platform asked about the development of Skoog Electronic Cigarettes, a subsidiary company, in the United Kingdom. They also inquired about the market share of disposable electronic cigarettes in the country, as rumors suggest that Skoog Electronic Cigarettes hold the top spot in this market.

According to previous reports by 2FIRSTS, on March 17, multiple electronic cigarette brands were removed from the shelves of retailers such as One Stop and Booker. This includes SKE Crystal, a brand under Scoler. Disposable electronic cigarettes from these brands were found to contain more than the 2ml limit of e-liquid set by UK law. The products were sent for testing by British American Tobacco (BAT) at an independent laboratory.


On March 28th, Skorl released their annual report for the year 2022. In the "Important Matters" section, Skorl promised a net profit of no less than 200 million yuan for the year, however, they only achieved a profit of 85.35 million yuan, failing to meet their performance commitments. According to the annual report, the reasons for not fulfilling the performance commitments were due to changes in domestic policies and lower than expected performance in the first half of the year.


On April 13th, according to British retailer website betterretailing, Booker has issued a recall notice for SKE Crystal and IVG disposable e-cigarette products due to "manufacturing quality issues".


SKE Crystal has 10 affected flavors, including Kiwi Passion Fruit Guava, Watermelon Ice, Bull Ice, Berry Ice, Cherry Ice, Lemon & Lime, Vimbull Ice, Fresh Menthol Mojito, Sour Apple, and Rainbow, all containing 20mg.


According to reports, the headquarters of Winning Health Technology is located in Shenzhen. The company went public on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2015. It has multiple wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries, with five major production bases located in Huizhou, Dongguan, Yichun Economic Development Zone in Jiangxi, and Huzhou in Zhejiang Province.
