Chan Man Fai, president of Hong Kong Vaping Association, visits 2FIRSTS on Tuesday. Kelvin Luo, VP of 2FIRSTS, and others welcomed Chan and held an exclusive interview with him.

Yolandar Song, Ellesmere Zhu - At 2:30 p.m. on November 15, 2022, Chan Man Fei, president of Hong Kong Vaping Association, visited 2FIRSTS's Shenzhen office. 

 

Kelvin Luo, VP of 2FIRSTS, welcomed Chan and held an exclusive interview with him on the impending lift of restrictions on the re-export of e-cigarettes and other heated tobacco products by land and sea transport.
