According to Boursier.com, Kumulus Vape has launched Labster, its production unit for e-liquids and DIY concentrates. The unit spans 700 square meters in the Lyon Metropolis and is located close to the group’s headquarters.
The report says Labster is equipped with multiple automated production lines supplied by CDA (Constructions d’Automatismes), used to perform bottling and labeling. The facility’s theoretical capacity is described as several million bottles per year in 10 to 100 ml formats, and it is already operational.
As reported, the facility is directly adjacent to the group’s logistics warehouses, allowing finished products to enter distribution flows without additional transport. The group said the move supports inventory management and responsiveness to partners and customers. Kumulus Vape also said it will continue working with manufacturing partners and specialized laboratories to expand its catalog.
Kumulus Vape stated that Labster will support its proprietary brands, including Cigaverte, and improve responsiveness in developing new references. The report adds that the group plans a gradual ramp-up during 2026 with new Labster-branded “signature” products, and from 2027 it is considering steps toward ISO 9001 certification and the Origine France Garantie label for products made by Labster.
