Promotion of Kikelomo Fisayo-Okusanya at BAT Nigeria
Kikelomo Fisayo-Okusanya becomes the second female leader to join BAT's leadership team in West and Central Africa.

According to a recent report by the Nigerian Daily Mail, British American Tobacco Nigeria has announced the promotion of Kikelomo Fisayo-Okusanya from the position of Regional Marketing Operations Manager to the role of Market Deployment Director for the West and Central Africa cluster (WCA). This appointment makes her the second female member to join BAT's leadership team in the West and Central Africa region.

 

Jike Lomo joined BAT Nigeria in 2003, embarking on a 20-year journey in a rapidly evolving market environment. In 2016, he also took on the role of Consumer Marketing Regional Lead. By 2021, as a multinational corporation operating in over 180 markets, BAT recognizes diversity, equity, and inclusivity (DEI) as crucial organizational assets.

 

Responding to her appointment, General Manager Yarub Al-Bahrani stated, "British American Tobacco Nigeria is dedicated to building a better future by fostering an inclusive work environment that encourages diverse perspectives and ideas, ultimately driving better decision-making and business results."
