Russian Finance Ministry to Raise HnB Excise by 33% and Liquid by 94%

RTVI reports that the Russian Federal Ministry of Finance is proposing a 33% excise tax increase on heated tobacco - HnB (Iqos, glo and other products) and a 94% excise tax rate increase on e-cigarettes and nicotine-containing e-liquids in 2023.
