The purpose of this meeting was to gather Southeast Asia's e-cigarette industry compliance experts, distributors and enterprises to discuss Southeast Asia's e-cigarette compliance policy.

On the evening of October 21, the second day of the IECIE Vape Show, Garindra Kartasasmita, General Secretary of APVI, He Tao, President of the Indonesian Anhui Chamber of Commerce, Lei Tao, Indonesian E-cigarette Compliance Expert, Indonesian e-cigarette distributors, and some domestic e-cigarette brands representatives were invited by 2FIRSTS to participate in the closed-door meeting for compliance policy of Southeast Asian market.

The meeting aimed to gather Southeast Asia's e-cigarette industry compliance experts, distributors, and enterprises to discuss Southeast Asia's e-cigarette compliance policy.

 

Kelvin Luo, Vice President of 2FIRSTS, delivered a welcome speech to the participants. He said that 2FIRSTS, as a professional media in the global e-cigarette industry, is committed to promoting the integration of information in the industry. While adhering to media responsibilities, it hopes to promote the compliance development of the e-cigarette industry in various markets around the world. Therefore, through this conference, companies who want to develop the e-cigarette market in South East Asia can have a deeper understanding of the compliance information and develop a positive e-cigarette market in Southeast Asia.

 

Later, David Yu, Director of International Development of 2FIRSTS (North America and South East Asia) opened the topic of this conference after citing the e-cigarette policies of China, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and East Europe. Garindra Kartasasmitaa then briefly introduced the local e-cigarette policy in Indonesia, after which, Garindra Kartasasmita, He Tao and Lei Tao answered the questions raised by audience members.

 

This meeting enabled companies to clarify the specific compliance policies, and understand the development status and trends of the e-cigarette market in Indonesia and Southeast Asia, which will offer more assistance to enterprises to develop the e-cigarette market in the region.
