On April 12th, UK wholesaler Booker announced the recall of six Elux disposable e-cigarette products due to "manufacturing quality issues".
The recalled flavors include Mr. Blaze, Tiger Blood, Sweet Blueberry Ice, Pink Lemonade, Blueberry Raspberry, and Watermelon Ice.
Affected batch codes are KB151208, KB151104, KB150831, and KB151229.
Booker apologizes for any inconvenience caused to retailers and states, "If you have purchased any affected products from Booker Retail Partners, please stop selling and submit a claim through the portal website to collect the products and process refunds."
According to Better Retailing, this is the latest update on a disposable e-liquid overfill event.
The report also states that due to "manufacturing quality issues", Booker and One Stop will continue to suspend sales of the Lost Mary BM600 disposable vape series.
