Imperial Brands PLC has repurchased 26,748 shares for cancellation as part of its £1.25 billion buyback program, reducing the total shares in circulation to 839,297,627, as announced on 27 November.

  • Number of shares repurchased: 26,748

 

  • Average price paid per share: 2,623.64 pence

 

  • Lowest price paid per share: 2,594.00 pence

 

  • Highest price paid per share: 2,634.00 pence

 

  • Broker: Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc

 

All repurchased shares were acquired through an on-exchange transaction on the London Stock Exchange, in compliance with its rules. 

 

The updated share count will serve as the denominator for shareholders and others with notification obligations, helping them determine if they need to report any changes to their holdings under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
