JAKARTA INTERNATIONAL VAPE EXPO 2024 Featuring ELFBAR, OXVA, etc.

Indonesia's JAKARTA INTERNATIONAL VAPE EXPO 2024 (JIVE) opened at Jakarta International Expo on May 11, attracting top e-cigarette brands.

On May 11, the Indonesian e-cigarette trade show, JAKARTA INTERNATIONAL VAPE EXPO 2024 (JIVE), opened at the Jakarta International Expo Center. The exhibition will last for two days and will conclude on May 12. This event has attracted the participation of dozens of well-known e-cigarette brands such as ELFBAR, GEEK VAPE, OXVA, VOOPOO, and FLUM.

According to reports, the Indonesian e-cigarette market is dominated by open-system products. Therefore, the main exhibitors at this trade show have almost all showcased open-system (refillable) products.

Monteiro said BAT supports setting regulatory limits for nicotine products but opposes Spain’s proposed 0.99mg nicotine-per-pouch limit, arguing that such a restriction could affect adult smokers’ transition to alternatives. He said nicotine regulation should be based on scientific evidence and harm reduction principles.
