JTI Korea Rebrands Ploom Sticks to “EVO,” Launches 8 Variants
JTI Korea said it will rebrand the dedicated stick line for its heated tobacco device Ploom, changing the name from “Mebius for Ploom” to “EVO.”

According to JTI Korea, the company will rebrand its dedicated stick lineup for the heated tobacco device Ploom from “Mevius for Ploom” to “EVO.”

 

JTI Korea said the EVO name reflects Ploom’s brand vision of being modern and continuously evolving. The company positions EVO as a premium stick range optimized for the Ploom device, aiming to maintain a tobacco-forward profile while upgrading overall quality, taste, and the user experience.

 

EVO sticks incorporate a “Clean Seal” process at the bottom of the stick, designed to reduce the chance of tobacco residue dropping into the device and to support a cleaner use experience. On the blend side, EVO applies JTI’s proprietary “ActiveBlend” technology and combines it with Ploom’s “HeatFlow” heating system to deliver a deeper, richer tobacco flavor.

 

The initial EVO lineup includes eight variants: EVO Amber, EVO Arctic, EVO Green Option, EVO Jade, EVO Magenta, EVO Purple Option, EVO Pink Option, and EVO Beige Option—built on the former Mevius for Ploom range and adjusted to reflect each variant’s flavor profile.
