He states that for this, OXVA's upgraded new product not only has a better appearance and longer battery life but also increased power, which had won the VAPEXPO-SPAIN award for the best pod category.

When discussing the reasons for OXVA's success in multiple markets, Robin stated that they conduct research and development based on customer preference and market demands in order to release products that are more appealing to consumers. Additionally, they prioritize investment in touching base with consumers while establishing collaboration with retailers and seeking support from them.

Robin said, "What products sell well in the store actually depends mainly on the sales staff or the store manager's knowledge to promote certain products. This is because many customers are not familiar with the brands and are more inclined to rely on the recommendations of the sales staff."
