Russia Developing Digital Excise on Tobacco Products

The Russian Ministry of Finance is developing digital excise tax technology for tobacco and beer, State Secretary and Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Sazanov said during a meeting with foreign companies at the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia, where the two sides discussed tax policy.
