During the seminar, Dr. Fearon and Dr. Nussbaum shared their insights on how to advance the establishment of comprehensive and effective regulatory systems by governments and regulatory agencies in order to promote tobacco harm reduction. Dr. Fearon emphasized the importance of scientific collaboration between research institutions and regulatory bodies to inform policy-making and implementation with evidence-based practices. On the other hand, Dr. Nussbaum highlighted the need for the entire industry to unite with consumers in order to collectively submit recommendations to the government and drive regulation towards facilitating the development of less harmful tobacco products.

Finally, the participants also gave their opinions on the unity and cooperation within the entire tobacco harm reduction industry.
