According to a press release from PR Newswire on September 11th, e-cigarette brand VAPORESSO has announced that it has become the first registered e-cigarette brand approved by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for sales in the country.
Vaporesso has announced that after nearly a year of strategic planning and application, the company has successfully obtained product certification from the Ministry of Industry, Advanced Technology (MoIAT). This certification covers 11 different models, including Luxe XR, XROS 3 Mini, XROS 2, XROS 3, XROS Mini, XROS Nano, Zero S, Luxe X, Luxe QS, Osmall 2, and Gen PT 60.
The first batch of products that have been certified by MoIAT has arrived in the United Arab Emirates and has undergone tax inspection. This enables distributors, retailers, and consumers to legally sell, stock, and purchase VAPORESSO products. Additionally, all future VAPORESSO products will be registered with MoIAT.
The United Arab Emirates government has implemented strict regulations to regulate the sale of e-cigarettes, electronic accessories, e-liquids, and tobacco products in the country. These regulations require e-cigarette manufacturers and companies to comply with the standards set by the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA). The e-cigarettes and related products must meet rigorous quality and safety requirements.
