A random sampling method was used to select 85 smoking devices and compatible pods of the same batch, as well as at least 76 grams of aerosols. According to the requirements, the samples were divided into two parts, one labeled as the test sample and the other as the backup sample. The test sample was sent to the inspection and testing institution responsible for the inspection task. The backup sample was stored temporarily at the organization responsible for the sampling task and will be used as needed for spot checks. Please see Appendix 1 for the sampling form.

These principles serve as a standard guideline for journalists when reporting news or analyzing stories. They are crucial in upholding the integrity and professionalism of journalism. The first principle is accuracy. Journalists should ensure that the information they provide is factual and verified. It is their responsibility to cross-check sources and double-check facts to avoid spreading misinformation or false news. The second principle is fairness. Journalists should present a balanced view of the story, giving all parties involved a chance to express their perspective. They should avoid bias and ensure that their stories are not one-sided or slanted towards a particular individual or group. The third principle is independence. Journalists should maintain their independence from external influences, such as advertisers, government bodies, or any other party that may try to control or manipulate the news. They should report the truth without succumbing to pressure or bias. These 3.2 judging principles are the cornerstone of ethical journalism. Journalists must adhere to them to uphold their credibility and responsibility to the public. By following these principles, journalists can ensure that their work is reliable, unbiased, and trustworthy.
After examination, all the inspection items meet the standard requirements, thus the randomly sampled products are deemed qualified in terms of the sampling criteria. However, if any of the inspection items fail to meet the standard requirements, the randomly sampled products are considered to be unqualified.
