2FIRSTS Russia Cooperates with Russian Vape Association

On May 15th, the first China-Russia e-cigarette industry exchange meeting was held in Moscow. At the meeting, Miller Xu, vice president of the 2FIRSTS Russia region, was appointed as the assistant to the chairman of the Russian Association of E-cigarette Manufacturers and Importers. Under the witness of Chinese and Russian entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other guests, Sergei Katsasonov, the chairman of the association, issued a letter of appointment to Miller Xu.

The Russian Association of E-cigarette Manufacturers and Importers was established in February 2023 and is an independent industry association organization for Russian e-cigarette manufacturers and traders. The association is committed to supporting the legalization of e-cigarettes in Russia and promoting the compliance of the industry, as well as fostering collaboration among relevant enterprises. To increase its influence, Sergei Katsasonov, the joint chairman of the Russian State Duma Nicotine Product Circulation Expert Committee, personally serves as the chairman of this association.

Sergei Katsasonov highly praised the 2FIRSTS Russia regional team and Miller Xu himself for their efforts in the process of legalization and compliance management of e-cigarettes in Russia. He expressed the hope that Miller Xu's joining will further deepen the communication and collaboration between the Russian e-cigarette industry and the Chinese supply chain and continuously promote exchanges and cooperation between enterprises and at higher levels.

Alan Zhao, co-founder and CEO of 2FIRSTS, expressed his thanks to the guests of the Russian Association and wished for the smooth implementation of the Russian regulatory system. Zhao also congratulated Miller Xu, hoping that he could continue to contribute to the exchange and cooperation of the e-cigarette industry between China and Russia.

In response to this appointment, Miller Xu stated that he was very honored to receive the trust of the Russian industry and the association, and that he would actively perform his duties under the organizational framework of the association, promote the exchange and cooperation of the industries between China and Russia, and advance the common prosperity and high-quality development of the China-Russia e-cigarette industry.

Mr. Miller Xu is a doctoral student at the Russian People's Friendship University. He joined 2FIRSTS in May 2022 and has served as the Director of International Business and Vice President of the Russia region.
