Australian Town Ban on E-cigarettes Takes Effect

From today (Nov. 22nd), parts of Perth's town centers will become smoke-free, with smoking and e-cigarette use banned in several of the city's main streets.
Vincent voted to approve the ban in July and it will take effect today.
Once the ban is in place, there will be no penalties for rule violations for the first six months, after which a fine of up to $200 will apply.
