The applicant is BOWMAN SPECIALISED LIQUIDS LIMITED, founded by Christopher Bowman in 2012, a company focused on research and sales of e-cigarette e-liquids.

Currently, the Bloody Bar 30K Triple Twist has been listed on various UK e-cigarette distributor websites such as vapesourcing, ecigone, and vapeuk, with a price of approximately £12.99. However, the product has not yet been made available for sale on the company's official website.
