Booker Recalls SKE Crystal and IVG Disposable Vapes

On April 13, according to a report by betterretailing, Booker has issued a recall notice for SKE Crystal and IVG disposable e-cigarette products due to "manufacturing quality issues". This comes after the recall of Elux-related disposable e-cigarette products.

Ten affected flavors from SKE Crystal, including Kiwi Passion Fruit Guava, Watermelon Ice, Bull Ice, Berry Ice, Cherry Ice, Lemon & Lime, Vimbull Ice, Fresh Menthol Mojito, Sour Apple, and Rainbow, all have a nicotine strength of 20mg. IVG is also affected, with four flavors: Blue Raspberry Ice, Classic Menthol, Pink Lemonade, and Strawberry/Watermelon. This marks the second time SKE Crystal has been taken off the market. As previously reported by 2FIRSTS, the first removal occurred on March 17th due to regulatory issues in the UK.

Booker has advised customers who have purchased any affected products from Booker Retail Partners to remove them from sale and submit a claim via the portal website for product retrieval and processing of refunds.

However, according to an industry insider, SKE Crystal is expected to resume operations soon. In addition, Elfbar and Lost Mary are also expected to fully resume operations in the coming weeks.
