China's E-cigarette Exports to Japan Plunge in August 2023
China's e-cigarette exports to Japan in August 2023 fell by 41.54% compared to the previous month, according to updated trade data.

According to the latest trade data released by the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, 2FIRSTS has compiled the e-cigarette export figures from China to Japan in August 2023. The details are as follows:

The export amount is approximately 13.74 million US dollars (about 100 million yuan), representing a 41.54% decrease compared to the previous period and a 55.89% decrease compared to the same period last year.

The export volume amounted to 102,239 kilograms, equivalent to 102 tons, showing a MoM decrease of 42.15% and a YoY decrease of 51.92%.

The export unit price was $134.41 per kilogram (equivalent to RMB 978 per kilogram), showing a monthly increase of 1.06% but a year-on-year decrease of 8.26%.
