It is worth mentioning that a comparison made by 2FIRSTS found no difference in prices between products labeled as "honest" and those that were not labeled previously.

Regulations:

Starting on March 1st, Russian government regulations require that all wholesale importers of electronic cigarettes upload retail information about the products to the Honest Labeling System. The policy buffering period will end on April 1st, during which time wholesale distributors must comply with the honest labeling policy. After this deadline, electronic cigarette products without the proper labeling will not be allowed to enter the Russian market via customs.
