【By 2Firsts】Recently, during a market research on e-cigarettes in Dubai, 2Firsts purchased a flavor disposable product from ELFBAR's Ice King line, priced at 35 dirhams (approximately 70 yuan). 2Firsts noticed that the product had a QR code sticker on the body, with the text saying: "OPEN CAMERA TO SCAN, For a big chance to win 💲200 cash".

After scanning the code, the page redirects to a WhatsApp group created by ELFBAR. The system shows a total of 11 groups, with group descriptions stating "gifts and bonuses can be received weekly." However, all current groups are displayed as "this group is full, so you cannot join." According to WhatsApp regulations, the maximum number of members for a single group is 5000, and new members cannot be added once the group is full.

This move may be seen as ELFBAR's attempt to drive offline users to private domain operations, by increasing user stickiness and interaction frequency through reward mechanisms.
It is worth noting that, upon reviewing other models of ELFBAR products, 2Firsts has not found similar QR code stickers. This suggests that the related marketing strategy may still be in the early testing phase for some products.
