According to a report by wabi11 on November 7th, the "Flavors Hook Kids Maine Coalition" conducted signature drives at multiple polling stations in the state of Maine.

They stated that they hope this bill will be passed in the next legislative session of the House, after it was already passed in the Senate earlier this year.

They expressed that recent opinion polls indicate strong support among 63% of people in Maine to ban flavored tobacco products, with one of their major aims being the reduction of youth use of e-cigarettes and tobacco.

Several cities, including Bangor and Barking, have implemented a ban on flavored tobacco.
