[Fog Valley Award] Invitation Letter of 2022 E-Cigarette Export Excellent Enterprise Selection

With the promulgation of "E-Cigarette Management Measures", e-cigarette national standards and other related policy documents, the e-cigarette industry has gradually entered the era of standardized development. Under the guidance of clearer regulatory expectations and boundaries, China's e-cigarette industry will continue to maintain a good development momentum in the past and may usher in a new round of growth.


In order to further encourage and support e-cigarette enterprises to expand their exports on the basis of standardized operation, with the approval of China Electronics Chamber of Commerce, the "2022 Sixth Publicity Conference on Standardized Development of E-cigarette Industry and the First Export Service Development Conference" (hereinafter referred to as the "Conference") sponsored by China Electronics Chamber of Commerce E-Cigarette Professional Committee will be held on June 15th, 2022.


At the same time, in order to commend outstanding enterprises, promote excellent experience and carry forward the export spirit of China's e-cigarette industry, the first e-cigarette export outstanding enterprise award-"Fog Valley Award" will also be selected. The details are announced as follows:


1. Award setting:


Vapor Industry Special Contribution Platinum Award for 20 Years (20 awards)


Reward outstanding enterprises that dare to explore the international market in the early stage of e-cigarette industry development and lay the foundation for the globalization of China's e-cigarette industry.


They are required to be established for more than 8 years, and make special contributions to industrial growth.


Export Excellence Enterprise Award (20)


Awarded to e-cigarette enterprises with great global influence in the export field.


It is required that the cumulative export volume in 2020 and 2021 should not be less than 500 million RMB.


Novel Exporter Enterprise Award (10)


Awarded to cutting-edge e-cigarette enterprises with good growth momentum in the export field.


They are required to be established no less than 5 years (established after April 20, 2017), and the cumulative export volume in 2020 and 2021 should be no less than 100 million RMB.


Supperior Supply Chain Enterprise Award (20)


Awarded to enterprises that have made positive contributions to industrial development, innovation and export in the field of e-cigarette supply chain (supply chain of supporting products and services).

 
2. Awards process:


(1) Registration of member enterprises


(2) Jury review


(3) Review and approval by China Electronics Chamber of Commerce.


(4) The conference announces and awards prizes.

4. Registration method:


(1) The member enterprises of China Electronics Chamber of Commerce Electronic Cigarette Professional Committee can register through online selection. The registration was announced in WeChat official account of China Electronics Chamber of Commerce Electronic Cigarette Professional Committee and official website of the General Assembly.


(2) The registration time is from now until 20:00 on April 28th.


(3) Please contact the Secretariat at 0755-29556688 for questions about the activity.

 
5. Registration Instructions


(1) This activity is only for the member enterprises of China Electronics Chamber of Commerce Electronic Cigarette Professional Committee.


(2) This selection completely adheres to the applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, such as the Implementation Regulations of the People's Republic of China Tobacco Monopoly Law and the Measures for the Administration of Electronic Cigarettes. This action is only conducted within the industry, and there is no link to public canvassing.


(3) This selection activity strictly adheres to the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Social Organization Evaluation and Commendation Activities, and the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce Electronic Cigarette Professional Committee does not charge any award fees from participating enterprises, such as registration fees, evaluation fees, and medal fees.


(4) The selection quota in the award setting is the highest number of awards, and the jury can make selection according to the actual situation within the quota.


(5) The registered enterprise shall truthfully provide all kinds of information, and once fraud is discovered, it will be disqualified.


(6) In order to ensure the seriousness of the selection review, any form of information provided by the selection registration cannot be modified once submitted. Please ask the enterprise to verify that the information is correct before clicking Submit.


(7) If the enterprise has submitted multiple registrations, the last valid registration information shall prevail.


(8) Once the registration materials are submitted, it will be deemed as authorizing the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce Electronic Cigarette Professional Committee to use various rights in the selection activities.


(9) The member enterprises of the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce Electronic Cigarette Professional Committee reserve the right to make the ultimate legal interpretation of this activity.


(10) Participation in the registration is deemed as acceptance of the above requirements.
