On August 28th, the 5th Aerosol Industry Chain Exhibition was held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center. 2FIRSTS attended the event and engaged in discussions with vape supply chain companies. Several nicotine pouch manufacturing companies at the exhibition caught the attention of 2FIRSTS.

Through communication with multiple manufacturers of nicotine pouch packaging equipment, 2FIRSTS2Firsts discovered that while the e-cigarette supply chain industry is facing a downturn, the nicotine pouch supply chain is showing a clear growth trend.

A manufacturer of nicotine pouch packaging equipment explained that in recent years, the nicotine pouch market has remained very active. Many Chinese manufacturers have entered this field, leading to an increase in nicotine pouch factories and subsequently boosting the performance of equipment manufacturers.


Some device manufacturers have reported a significant increase in sales of their nicotine pouch equipment since last year, with this trend continuing into this year. Shipments from manufacturers range from dozens to hundreds of units. A leading manufacturer of nicotine pouch equipment revealed to 2FIRSTS that sales of their equipment packaging exceeded 300 units, estimated to hold around 80% of the domestic market share.


According to reports, the prices of these devices range from 100,000 to 380,000 yuan each, with production capacities varying from 100 to 200 bags per minute.
