In response, Jingjia shares stated that its holding subsidiary, Hengtian Commercial Co., Ltd., has business cooperation with China Tobacco International (HK) Ltd. in exporting domestic products to overseas markets.

In addition, some investors inquired about whether the company has its own factory for producing fragrances and spices, as well as the sales quantity and regions of fragrances and spices in the first quarter of this year.

Jinjia Holdings stated that its subsidiary, Yunnan Sparking Science and Technology, is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, production, and sale of flavors and fragrances, with a focus on traditional and new tobacco applications. The company has high-standard production workshops and its main customers include Yunnan, Guizhou, Hebei, and Jilin tobacco companies.

Investors also inquired about the relationship between Jiang Xiaozhi and Jingjia Shares in terms of their e-cigarette business dealings.

Jinjia Corporation responds that the company has not cooperated with the "Jiang Xiaozhi" brand for e-cigarette business.

According to reports, the investor inquired about "Jiangxiaozhi," which refers to a brand of "Herb Electronic Oral Spray" products. A search found that the applicant for this trademark is Lexue Education Technology Co., Ltd., and the products and services covered include medical fumigation equipment, massage instruments, medical heat therapy devices, and so on.

Currently, the product is priced at 69.9 yuan on the e-commerce platform "Taobao." Detailed information shows that this is a traditional herbal atomizer product with a screen display function and a 12ml pod.
