2Firsts, October 31, 2025 — According to Convenience Store, Japan Tobacco International UK (JTI UK) has introduced Frosty Mint Max, the highest-nicotine variant in the Nordic Spirit range. Targeting demand for higher-strength nicotine pouches, the product sits in the “Max strength” segment with 17mg of nicotine per pouch.
JTI says the new variant carries a recommended retail price of £6.50 per can. It is already available through the JTI360 platform and grocery channels (grocers), and will roll out from next week (3 November) to independent retailers and symbol-group stores.
The launch also unveils a refreshed brand look for Nordic Spirit, using darker tones and stronger design cues to signal intensity and improve on-shelf standout.
James Richards, JTI UK’s brand lead, said Frosty Mint Max, as the highest-nicotine product in the range to date, will help retailers capture growth in the high-strength segment and further lift nicotine pouch category sales.
