Juchen Shares Enters E-Cigarette Market According to Data
Juchen Corporation ventures into the "e-cigarette" market, supported by strong supply to various electronic applications including TWS earphones and OLED screens.

On February 23rd, according to data from Tonghuashun, Juchen Shares added the concept of "new tobacco (e-cigarette)".


The reason for selection is that as of December 19, 2024, the company iFlash primarily supplies NOR Flash to application markets such as e-cigarettes, TWS Bluetooth headphones, and AMOLED smartphone screens.

A Fifth Circuit panel upheld the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s 2021 final rule requiring companies seeking premarket authorization for new tobacco products to include information on health-risk investigations. In a published opinion, the court found FDA satisfied the Regulatory Flexibility Act’s procedural requirements and reasonably relied on the economic analysis from the 2016 “deeming rule” as a factual basis to certify limited impact on small businesses.

Israel’s Finance Ministry is advancing a new bill to tax e-cigarettes, tobacco pouches and nicotine pouches. According to the report, once approved by the Knesset Finance Committee, the initiative would only require the signature of Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich to take effect.
