E-cigarette stocks surge in early trading on September 3rd, with Jinlong Machinery and Electrics leading the way.

In the morning trading on September 3, stocks related to the e-cigarette concept strengthened. As of the time of writing, Jinlong Machinery and Electronics surged by over 19.8%, Dongfeng Group, Kennede Electronics Mfg Co.,Ltd., and others rose by over 10%, and Jiyi Shares, Kersen Technology, Shunho Shares, and others followed suit.

New York AG Seeks to Shut Down Vape Shops, Ban Owners from Industry

New York Attorney General Letitia James has filed a petition seeking to permanently shut down two smoke shops and ban their owners from the vape industry for repeatedly selling illegal flavored vapes to minors and operating without valid licenses. South Korea’s Tobacco Law Amendment to Include Synthetic Nicotine, Projected to Add Up to $340 Million in Local Tax Revenue
