Kola Karim Appointed as Chairman of BAT Nigeria's Advisory Committee

Kola Karim, the current Agbaoye of Ibadan, will take over as the Chairman of BAT Nigeria's Advisory Council from November 1, 2023.

British American Tobacco Nigeria (BAT Nigeria) has announced that Kola Karim will assume the role of Chairman of its Advisory Committee starting from November 1, 2023. Currently, Karim serves as the Agbaoye of Ibadan land and holds a managerial position within the company.

New York AG Seeks to Shut Down Vape Shops, Ban Owners from Industry

New York Attorney General Letitia James has filed a petition seeking to permanently shut down two smoke shops and ban their owners from the vape industry for repeatedly selling illegal flavored vapes to minors and operating without valid licenses.
