2.The product does not have the Polish consumer tax stamp, which violates tax laws. There are multiple health and safety standards missing, including failure to list ingredients, exceeding e-liquid capacity, and lacking health warning labels.

3.The products involved have been transferred to the tax criminal procedure.

According to a report from ddb24 on May 13, the Customs and Tax Office in Białystok, Poland, seized a shipment of e-cigarette products during a routine inspection of the courier logistics channel. The products, totaling 2000 units in 11 packages, did not have the required Polish excise tax markings. Official estimates put the value of the shipment at approximately 200,000 Polish zloty (50,000 USD).

According to official reports, the batch of e-cigarettes in question are disposable products that did not have the required consumption tax labels, thus violating Poland's consumer goods tax regulations. Furthermore, the nicotine e-liquid capacity exceeded the legal limit, the packaging lacks ingredient information, and there was no Polish-language health risk warning label attached.

The goods were initially attempted to be smuggled into the market through express delivery, with the recipient being a local resident in Podlachia Province. Currently, the Białystok Customs office has transferred this case to the tax criminal proceedings for further investigation.
