California is the second state to bar flavored tobacco and vapes indiscriminately in the US. More information

 

Maryland and Missouri become the 20th and 21st states to legalize the recreational use of marijuana. On Election Day in 2012, voters in Colorado and Washington approved ballot measures to legalize the recreational use and sale of cannabis, making the states the first in the U.S. to do so.
