Roundup of E-Liquids and Pod-Systems at EVO NXT: GOLD BAR, TYSON Unveil E-Liquids

Rise of refillable e-cigarette products in European market since 2023, UK bans disposable e-cigarettes, e-liquids become popular.

Since 2023, there has been a trend of rising popularity in Europe's e-cigarette market for refillable products. In January 2024, the UK announced a ban on disposable e-cigarettes, sparking a growing interest in e-liquid products. At the recent EVO NXT tobacco exhibition in Spain, 2FIRSTS also observed a significant increase in exhibitors showcasing refillable products and e-liquid products.

In addition, at the expo, the newly popular mainstream brand GOLD BAR released pod system and e-liquid products; the well-known American brand TYSON also showcased its e-liquid products.

Imperial Brands reported FY25 NGP net revenue of £368 million, up 13.7% at constant currency. Growth in the Americas accelerated sharply, with NGP revenue up 69.8%, driven by the expansion of the modern oral brand Zone. Europe delivered 8.8% growth, supported by blu’s double-digit vapour share across key markets. Adjusted NGP operating losses narrowed to £76 million, putting the category closer to breakeven.
