Russian Passenger Violates Flight Safety Rules by Smoking Onboard
A 24-year-old passenger violated flight safety regulations by smoking in the restroom on a Moscow to Krasnoyarsk flight.

A 24-year-old passenger on a flight from Moscow to Krasnoyarsk, Russia, violated the aircraft safety regulations by smoking in the restroom. It has been reported that the authorities have been notified of the incident and dealt with the passenger upon landing.

The study says the illicit market is worth EUR 6.6 billion in 2026 and is projected to rise to EUR 10.8 billion by 2030. It adds that a significant share of the disposable vape market now operates outside the regulatory framework established by the EU Tobacco Products Directive.
