Russian Passenger Violates Flight Safety Rules by Smoking Onboard
A 24-year-old passenger violated flight safety regulations by smoking in the restroom on a Moscow to Krasnoyarsk flight.

A 24-year-old passenger on a flight from Moscow to Krasnoyarsk, Russia, violated the aircraft safety regulations by smoking in the restroom. It has been reported that the authorities have been notified of the incident and dealt with the passenger upon landing.

The Virginia Attorney General and tax commissioner have urged a federal court to dismiss a lawsuit challenging the state’s ban on unapproved e-cigarettes, arguing that the companies behind the suit lack legal standing since their products are federally illegal.
