The following is the original statement:

Statement

On September 14, 2024, the Intermediate People's Court of Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, issued a verdict in case No. (2024) Yue 03 Min Chu 3835, confirming that the IVG2400 electronic atomization product produced by Shenzhen FirstUnion Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "our company") does not infringe on the utility model patent rights of Dongguan Kangrunte Industrial Co., Ltd. (referred to as Kangrunte Company) with patent number ZL202320854370.6 (entitled "A Separable Multi-Pod E-cigarette"). The verdict has now taken effect. At the same time, our company is filing a lawsuit against Kangrunte Company and related parties for their unfair competition behavior, seeking legal action and compensation for related losses.

Previously, Kangrunte Company had filed a complaint with the Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Market Supervision Bureau") alleging that our production of the IVG2400 electronic atomization product infringed upon its patent rights. At the same time, some media outlets published inaccurate reports on the matter, which were widely circulated, causing serious damage to our company's reputation and operations. Therefore, we had to file a lawsuit with the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court to confirm that we did not infringe on any rights, in order to protect our legitimate interests.

Here, we kindly remind rights holders to strictly abide by laws and regulations when protecting their intellectual property rights, and not to maliciously mislead the public in order to avoid disrupting or obstructing the normal operation of the market.

Our company always adheres to independent innovation, values and respects the legitimate and compliant use of intellectual property rights. At the same time, we also call on all parties in the industry to maintain fair competition and jointly promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.
