The company is based in Hong Kong, China.

Furthermore, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) database shows that ONEVATION TECH CO., LIMITED (also known as 一騰科技有限公司) registered the "POPVIBE" brand e-cigarette in the UK region in June 2024.

According to product information on the UK regional e-cigarette distributor website, the "POPVIBE" e-cigarette is produced by the Geekvape brand. Based on this information, it can be inferred that One Tang Technology Co., Ltd. may be an affiliated company of Shenzhen Geekvape Technology Co., Ltd.

Currently, the Ria NV30K has landed on e-cigarette distributor websites in the United States such as vapesourcing and morevaping, with a selling price of around $16.99.
