On the same day, the duty department of the police station at Mahachkala Airport received another report of a disturbance of public order on a flight from Moscow to Mahachkala. The captain informed the police that a 29-year-old female Moscow resident had refused to follow instructions from the flight crew and responded with vulgar language. The police drafted an administrative report on the crime in accordance with Article 20.1, Part 1 of the Russian Federation Administrative Offenses Code.
The two offenders may face a maximum fine of 15,000 rubles and a maximum of 15 days of administrative detention.
