The man in question is named Nguyễn Văn Hiếu, born in 1987. Police discovered suspicious behavior by Nguyễn Văn Hiếu on a street in the Jinbiao district and proceeded to conduct an inspection. During the police inspection, Nguyễn Văn Hiếu voluntarily handed over three boxes containing a total of 30 e-cigarettes and admitted that these e-cigarettes contained a new type of drug known as ADB-BUTINACA. He confessed that he was planning to sell them to a customer.
The new type of drug called "Pob Chill" was purchased by Nguyen Van Tuy through social media platforms at a cost of 380,000 Vietnamese dong per unit, amounting to a total of over 11.4 million Vietnamese dong (approximately 4,678 US dollars). Tuy planned to sell each e-cigarette at a price of 410,000 Vietnamese dong, aiming for significant profits. Currently, the case is under further investigation.
