19-Year-Old Caught Smuggling Marijuana Disguised in Sealed Straws
A 19-year-old girl was caught with 18 plastic straws containing marijuana in her luggage, intended for a detained relative. Authorities are investigating the new smuggling method.

According to an article by infobae on January 10th, a 19-year-old girl was found with 18 plastic straws sealed at the tips containing marijuana, weighing approximately 23.5 grams, during a luggage inspection. The girl confessed that her intention was to bring the marijuana into a prison in La Plata and deliver it to a detained relative.

Law enforcement officers discovered the hidden marijuana during a thorough search of the girl's belongings. The marijuana was cleverly concealed inside the tip of a straw, in a manner that would go unnoticed by the average person. This has caught the attention of the police, who are now concerned about this new smuggling method.

The girl has been detained and the police are now investigating her alleged involvement in cannabis smuggling. During her detention, the police will delve into the criminal network she may be connected to and conduct a thorough investigation into the trafficking routes to prevent any similar incidents from occurring again.
