2FIRSTS Live Broadcast Takes You through Dortmund Tobacco Exhibition
ECCC diplomatic assistant Jason livestreamed the Dortmund exhibition, featuring top German e-cigarette brands and international attendees.

On September 16th at 4:00 p.m., Jason, the diplomatic assistant of ECCC and international PR representative for 2FIRSTS, initiated a live stream of the Dortmund exhibition, taking remote viewers on a virtual tour of the event from China.

Dortmund Exhibition Centre Floor Plan

Jason started at Westfalenhalle and made his way through halls 1, 2, and finally ended up at booth of British American Tobacco (BAT) in Hall 4.

The RELX and FEAL booths at Exhibition Hall 1 received the most attention.

The staff at FEAL kindly welcomed Jason for an interview. They introduced FEAL as the largest wholesale distributor of electronic cigarettes and e-liquids in Germany. They were pleased to attend the exhibition and meet with many suppliers. During the interview, there was a humorous incident where the German friend turned the tables and interviewed Jason.

RELX and its subsidiary brand waka shared an exhibition booth at a trade show. During an interview with Jason, RELX staff member expressed excitement about the high foot traffic at the booth. They introduced waka's disposable e-cigarette, wakamini, which features unique designs and six flavors with no less than 700 puffs each. The price is 9.95 euros. This is the first time the waka brand has been exposed domestically.

Returning to the booth of the ECCC exhibition group, our colleague stated, "We have a large number of visitors at our booth, and foreign customers are very interested in our products due to their high cost-benefit ratio and attractive appearance. When seeking cooperation opportunities, foreign customers value the compliance of products with their country's standards and appropriate pricing the most.

Another colleague stated, "There is a significant difference between European and American clients. European clients tend to prefer smaller orders, while American clients prefer larger orders. European clients value product appearance and color, while American clients are more likely to design their own appearance and prioritize factory efficiency and quality.

The staff at the booth for Mo-De welcomes Jason and he shares his positive experience at the Dortmund trade show, stating that they have interacted with numerous high-quality clients, both existing and potential. Due to its geographical location, the majority of attendees were European clients from countries such as Germany, France, Spain, and Poland. Mo-De presented three product lines: open, reloadable, and disposable. The disposable products specifically target European clients, while larger sizes were made available for clients in the United States, Latin America, and the Middle East.

The exhibition booth of Jine Technology is located next to the Moda booth. Jine's staff said, "Many customers from Europe, South America, and Africa have come this time, and our products have received a lot of praise. We started with an open-minded approach, so when it comes to disposable products, we have a certain level of technical strength. One of our products this time integrates our self-developed chip and ceramic atomizer core, which can be considered the first in the industry. Therefore, we are very confident about this exhibition." According to Jine's staff, "Customers are more concerned with the suction experience and satisfaction, and price is not the decisive factor. Therefore, product quality is the core factor.

According to staff from the Heyuan booth, the majority of clients at the Dortmund exhibition are from Europe, with some from South America and other regions. The booth's main products being promoted are disposable and reloadable products, such as their current poster design which has been well received by clients.

The final stop of this live stream is British American Tobacco (BAT). Staff from BAT expressed excitement about attending the exhibition and discovering new clients from various countries, but were not able to disclose further details regarding data.
