Altria Plans to Buy NJOY For $2.75 Billion
On February 27, the "Wall Street Journal" reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter, that Altria Group (MO.N) planned to conduct acquisition negotiations with NJOY, the third largest e-cigarette brand in the United States, for US$2.75 billion.
