BAT launches two glo HYPER “neo” sticks in South Korea, highlighting tropical flavors
BAT’s heated tobacco brand glo has launched two new products in the HYPER series “neo” sticks — “Island Click” and “Blush Click.”

According to Hansbiz on September 18, BAT Korea announced the launch of two new products in the glo HYPER “neo” series — “Island Click” and “Blush Click.”

 

Both products feature “StickSeal” technology, preventing tobacco residue from remaining inside the device. Based on a consumer survey of about 860 people conducted by BAT in the first half of 2025, the application of StickSeal technology significantly improved satisfaction regarding cleaning convenience and odor reduction.

 

A BAT insider stated: “The two new Neo products, with their rich tropical flavors and subtle sweetness, provide a differentiated sense of satisfaction. With StickSeal technology, considerations of cleanliness and convenience have been incorporated to deliver a more complete user experience.”

HM Revenue and Customs announced that from April 1, 2026, UK vaping product manufacturers, importers and warehousekeepers can apply for approval under Vaping Products Duty (VPD) and the Vaping Duty Stamps Scheme (VDS). Spain’s Nicotine Pouch Association said nicotine pouch sales in Spain reached 5 million cans of 20 units in 2025 and are expected to rise 60% to 8 million in 2026. The group said there are currently 20 to 30 brands on the Spanish market and called for regulation proportionate to product risk. It also opposed a proposal to reduce nicotine content to 0.99 mg per pouch, saying it would amount to a de facto ban on the category.
