2Firsrts had Ellen Tacher at APE. She was the first female cannabis entrepreneur in North Carolina, and she also discovered the biological mechanism of cannabis products.

David, Fort Lauderdale; edited by Mandy - On March 4, 2023, 2Firsrts interviewed Ellen Tacher, Prime Sunshine CBD's founder, which provides CBD products to help navigate people's wellness.

Ellen told 2Firsts the history of cannabis legalization. In the early 1990s, Ellen brought Woody Harrelson, an actor and cannabis lobbyer, onto the farm where Ellen worked before Woody was arrested for planting the French hemp seeds. Nevertheless, he was acquitted (one of his defenders, Steve Beshear, became the governor of Kentucky in a few years). Then the Farm President sued the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and won. As a result, the farm founder co-wrote the first farm bill, and the legalization of hemp started in the United States.

Ellen also has found out the biological mechanism of cannabis working in human body. "Each human body has the endocannabinoid system, which is the largest medically identified system in the human body and requires cannabinoids. Due to the legalization of cannabis, pharmaceutical companies selling anxiety, sleep, and painkilling pills lost between 11-17% of revenue." Ellen also mentioned that the patients do not need any radiation or chemotherapy but cannabis to deal with stage two neuroblastoma.

Regarding the regulation of cannabis, Ellen thinks that Delta-8 will be illegal in the United States by the end of this year.
