PACHAMAM Trademark Information and Background

Multiple sources indicate that Charlie’s Holdings, Inc. (CHUC), founded in 2014 in California, operates two subsidiaries:

  • Charlie’s Chalk Dust, LLC (nicotine/alkaloid products)

More Brands Move Toward “U.S.-Made” Disposables

In November 2025, brands including SKE, FASTA, and NEXA successively introduced “U.S.-made” disposable e-cigarette products:

  • SKE launched the V-BOT disposable, promoted on its official website as “U.S.-made” with domestic blending and filling.
  • FASTA introduced the FASTA ALIEN 51K on U.S. online channels; distributor Mi-Pod stated the device is “assembled and filled in the U.S.” and marked as compliant with Texas vapor product registration requirements.
  • NEXA released the NEXA FLEX disposable, marketed as “U.S.-made” and developed specifically for U.S. adult vapor consumers.

In a special report published in early November — Special Report | After the Shortage: How the U.S. Vape Market Is Rebuilding Itself” — 2Firsts noted that tightening regulations are pushing Shenzhen manufacturers to explore “U.S. manufacturing” as a new pathway. The acceleration of such initiatives through late November further reinforces this trend. 2Firsts will continue to track policy developments, supply-chain adjustments, and market changes.
